By accessing or using I Get To ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
I Get To is a personal sanctuary app designed to support identity, reflection, and mindful daily action. Features include accomplishment tracking, journaling, meditation, and an identity map. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
I Get To offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or other designated payment platforms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable platform's refund policy.
All content you create within the App — including journal entries, accomplishments, and personal reflections — remains your own. You grant I Get To a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell, share, or use your personal content for advertising or profiling.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the App; or (e) use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.
All content, design, and code within the App — excluding user-generated content — is the property of I Get To and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. I Get To is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, or therapeutic services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Get To shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
